Overview
Travel Klamath's sweepstakes, (drawing), is for a weekend getaway for two in Klamath Falls. Web site entry forms and promotional period will begin Feb. 1, 2008 and end at 5 p.m. July 31, 2008. Pacific Standard Time. The prize will be sent to the winner via U.S.P.S. No purchase necessary. Contestants must be 18 years or older to participate. Void where prohibited.

How to Enter:
Each contestant must access Travel Klamath's website at www.travelklamath.com and click on the "Win a Weekend Getaway" button to fill out the sweepstakes entry form. The entry form requires the contestants name, address, and email. Contestants must reside outside of Klamath County. There is a limit of one entry per person. Entry period starts Feb. 1, 2008 and ends at 5:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time, July 31, 2008.

Eligibility:
This sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older and reside outside of Klamath County. Proof of age and eligibility may be required by Travel Klamath.

Prize:
A weekend getaway for two, which includes: Two nights lodging, a rafting trip, dinner, and theater tickets. The winner must have a valid mailing address in order for the prize to be delivered. If the winner is unable to provide a valid mailing address, Travel Klamath maintains the right to choose another winner in his or her place. No substitution of the prize or transfer of the prize to a third party is permitted, except by Travel Klamath, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value due to prize unavailability. Taxes and duties (where applicable) are the sole responsibility of the winner. All expenses are not specified herein, including, but not limited to, local, state, or federal taxes on the prize are the sol responsibility of the winner. Entry into this sweepstakes constitutes each entrant's agreement to pay all applicable taxes and comply with all laws.

Selection:
The winner will be selected randomly during the month of August, 2008. The drawing will be conducted by Travel Klamath whose decisions will be final and binding in all respects. Actual odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received during the sweepstakes period.

Notification and Collection:
The potential winner will be notified via certified mail following the drawing. Response to the letter must be made within sixty (60) business days. The winner is subject to verification and must meet all eligibility requirements, (see above), before the prize will be awarded. In the event that the potential winner does not meet the requirements or does not respond within sixty (60) business days, that person may be disqualified and the prize will be awarded to another randomly selected individual.

General Terms & Conditions:
By accepting the prize, the winner releases Travel Klamath and all of its employees from all liability arising from or in connection with the acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of the prize. Travel Klamath and its employees are not responsible for any injury, illness, or other adversities that may be experienced as a result of participating in the events included with the prize.
